2/4/17 - The Austin District Dental Hygienists' Society is changing its name!
To be more inclusive and comply with the ADHA charter agreement, we will now be known as the Greater Austin Dental Hygienists' Association. We will continue to welcome members from Austin and all surrounding areas, but in addition we will count as our members the dental hygienists in the Permian Basin, where there is no incorporated component of TDHA/ADHA.
The goal of the charter agreement that TDHA has signed with ADHA is to have a unified and uniform tripartite structure, offering the best services to our dental hygiene members, in compliance with individual state laws for not-for-profit corporations. The charter agreement will ensure that all our volunteer leaders at the state and local levels are protected.
